Privacy policy
Fig AI Systems collects as little personal data as the site can function on: what you type into the contact form, and anonymous usage analytics. There are no accounts, no logins, and nothing is sold.
What this site collects
Two things: the contents of the contact form, and anonymous analytics about how pages are used.
When you submit the contact form, it collects the name, email address, and message you enter. That is the whole of it - there are no hidden fields, and no other form on this site collects personal data.
The site also uses Google Analytics 4 to count page views and understand which pages people find useful. This records standard analytics data such as pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and the site or AI assistant that referred you. It is not used to identify individuals, and it is not linked to anything you submit through the contact form.
How the data is used
Contact form submissions are used to reply to you. Analytics is used to improve the site.
What you write in the contact form is read by Fig AI Systems and used to answer your enquiry and, if it goes further, to discuss the project you described. It is not added to a marketing list, and Fig AI Systems does not send unsolicited email.
Analytics data is used in aggregate to see which pages are read and where visitors arrive from. Personal data is never sold, rented, or traded.
Who else processes this data
Two service providers: Resend delivers contact form email, and Google provides analytics.
Contact form submissions are delivered by email through Resend, which processes the message in order to send it. The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes requests in order to serve pages. Analytics is provided by Google Analytics 4. Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy terms.
We do not run a database for this site: there is no stored account, profile, or visitor record beyond the email that reaches the inbox and the analytics held by Google.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask what data Fig AI Systems holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted.
Send the request through the contact form. Because the only personal data held is the email correspondence you started, a deletion request is straightforward to honour. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; those rights apply regardless of what this page says.
Changes to this policy
This page is updated when the site's data handling changes, and the date below reflects the last change.
Fig AI Systems is a limited liability company. If a change materially affects how data already collected is used, the change will be reflected here before it takes effect.
